Remote Assistance

I am trying to ask for remote assistance and am running Win XP pro. When I
attempt to ask for assistance (from msn messenger 6.0) it tells me I need
Messenger 6.0 for this feature. The problem is I AM running Messenger 6.0
any ideas anyone

Yes, you're running MSN Messenger 6 -- what the message is saying is that you need the latest
Windows Messenger -- MSN Messenger and Windows Messenger are two separate applications.
You'll need to install the latest Windows Messenger from the following URL for Remote
Assistance to work in MSN Messenger 6:
