Hello world!
I try to send a popup window via "NET SEND" from a win2000
(which belongs to a workgroup) to a WinXP prof. (which
belongs to a domain), but it fails:
C:\>net send dezntmneubeck_x MyMessageText
Beim Senden einer Nachricht an DEZNTMNEUBECK_X trat ein
Fehler auf.
Der Nachrichtenalias konnte auf dem Netzwerk nicht
gefunden werden.
Sie erhalten weitere Hilfe, wenn Sie NET HELPMSG 2273
eingeben.
C:\>
Translation: "While sending a message to DEZNTMNEUBECK_X
an error occured. The message alias on the network could
not be found. You get more help..."
The messageserver on the receipient host is activated, the
IP connection works stable. Can I do anything on the
receipient side to receive those popups? (Anything else
than leaving the domain)
