rauautou.exe

[Phantomcomputer]

My mom keeps getting the following error:

rauautou.exe application error

the instruction at "0x0000000000" referenced memeory at "0x0000000000".
the memeory could not be "read".


I cant find anything on rauatou.exe. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Are you sure it's not rasautou.exe? See here:

If you've not already checked, you may want to run spybot on her PC and remove anything it
