Beginer wants to try and comminicate

Hi, I am a 68 years young Canadian,living in Germany, and
I would like to try this new fangled Windows Messenger
Video and Talk system out.
I have a son living in Ohio, USA, and one in Oshawa,
Ontario, Canada. and although we talk via the messenger
service, I would like to see and talk with them via the
Phone service, but I have tried the video and it was not
too clear.
Would anyone like to contact me and see if my system is
working properly.
I would appreciate any help I can get

Video transmissions via webcam are only as good as the webcam and lighting..
webcams operate better in good lighting conditions..

Hi,

The amount of current bandwidth (speed) is also an issue. Although Messenger can work with
very little bandwidth, the quality will no be that good.
