Rob,

I am experiencing the same problem since upgrading my Dell Optiplex
GX110 to XP SP2. Like you Error occurs when running NortonSystem Works
2003 "one button checkup" and WinDoctor utilities. I get the BSOD with
a STOP error 0x00000019. I've removed and relaoded SP2 on a couple of
occasions. Consistently the 0x00000019 error occurs when SP2 is loaded
and I use Norton Systemworks 2003. If I remove it. everything goes
well. I've downloaded Dell's drivers. The combination of Dell,
Symantec Norton Systemworks 2003 and XP SP2 just does not go well
together.
Anyone else come up with a solution they care to share?? Thanks.

So don't install System Works then, duh! There are plenty of infinitely
better tools (I use AVG and ZoneAlarm).
