Hi,
We are on a network which has recently had a Symantec VPN/Firewall 100
appliance fitted.
We are experiencing issues with all of our messenger clients (version 6 &
6.1) being disconnected at regular intervals.
I have opened TCP 1863 on the firewall (obviously needed to do that to
enable sign-in anyway).
Any ideas??
