Can voice conversations be held between two WM5 users? Does this work if one
or both of the users are running W2K? Does it matter if the users are using
Exchange IM? Does this work between .NET IM users, too?

What about video conversations? Thanks!

Greetings Chris,

Everything you mentioned below will work, with the exception of video conversations, which
are exclusive to Windows XP users (but not any specific service).

Thanks, Jonathan. It's my understanding that with Exchange IM, all IM
traffic gets routed through the Exchange IM server. How about voice traffic
(between W2K/WXP PCs) and video traffic (between WXP PCs)? Does that go
through the Exchange IM server, also? Or does that go "peer-to-peer"?

Hi Chris,

Everything but IM (and the "invitations") are peer-to-peer in Windows Messenger.
