How can I disable the part of the Security Center that blocks certain sites
that I go to? It has made it impossible for me to use some sites that I have
used for quite awhile and now I can't. If anyone has any advice please let
me know.

Go to Tools > Internet Options in IE and modify settings on the Security
tab. Adding these sites to your Trusted Sites list or lowering the settings
on the Internet zone should do the trick.

The security centre doesn't block any websites. That isn't what it does at
all.

Perhaps you might explain exactly what is happening, perhaps with an example
website and what happens when you try to go there?
