i can use msn messenger to write and recive messages to send and receive
files but i can't talk. what is the problem?? i use wireless conection.
Software like Skype works properly but i don't know anymore what to do
with msn. can anybody help me??
(win xp sp1 -was sp2 didn't work as well)

Greetings Coucher,

If you are using a NAT, the NAT must support Universal Plug and Play (UPnP) in order to
establish voice conversations. A number of routers now support UPnP but you may require a
firmware update to allow it to support UPnP and/or turn on UPnP in the router configuration.
