I have a question concerning frames and windows
settings. We have 3 computers that run xp. My computer
is the only one that will not show frames in our company
website. I do get frames on the home page and that is
it.

I have tried going into IE (6.0.28) advanced tools to try
to select "use windows display settings" which is
supposed to be there, but is not. This was the route
that I was trying to take because I assumed that it must
be a user preference.

I also tried changing the icon size (grasping at straws),
and that did not work either.

How do I get the frames to show consistantly on every web
page?

Check under Internet Options> Security> Custom Level. There are several
settings there in regards to frames and their handling. You'll find them
down the list a ways in the second half of that screen.
