I am looking for advice how to get this work.
I have Windos XP Home Edition. When I use Netmeeting for
PC-to-PC connection, I can hear the other party talk but
the other party can not hear me. I can see my mic is
working with bar moving. I re-installed the whole OS HE
but it does not help.
Thanks,
Will

Sorry I don't have a solution, but just wanted to let you know you're not
alone in this.
There's been several other people posting about this problem recently, me
included!
Hope someone can figure out why this is happening soon...

A strange solution that worked for one of my correspondents is: turning ON
the Windows XP firewall ! (control panel- network connections- right click
your connection- properties- advanced tab- check internet connection
firewall). Don't ask me why but that was the solution for the audio problem
(same as yours) he had.
As illogical as it seems it is worth a try.

This solution seems to work on my PC. Thanks for
providing this fix.
I would complain this setting on XP is stupid, at least
not well explained.
