I've recently upgraded to SP2 and my scrren savers no longer work. I'm using
only screen saver that are provided with the OS. I've attempted to utilize
the fixes from Kelly's Korner (#51) and they have not worked.
Any thoughts?

Seems Paul C and others, including myself, are having this problem (screen
saver won't start). I also have tried Kelly's Korner remedies but is not
fixed. If anyone figures this out, please post fix.
Thanks.

I finally found my fix in another newsgroup post. The user, with this same
problem, disabled the DVDlauncher app in system startup. Run msconfig.exe,
go to the Startup tab, see if you are running the Sonic DVDlauncher app - if
yes, uncheck the box and reboot. Fixed me right up - screen saver works
swell now..

Sorry - minor correction... DVDlauncher is a CyberLink app - not a Sonic app
as I indicated.
