offline page when trying go msn or check email

hey there

im a full time user of messenger ,since 4 days ago when i
try to connect to msn messenger an error message appears
telling me email or password are wrong.if i try to check
my mail it brings me to the offline page (white with
connection detect )..worse of all i even cant create a
new account,it brings me back to the offline page as
well :((( pls help me out ,im desperate !
