Unattended Installs \ Windows XP SP2

I need help in the following areas:
1. Disable Firewall
2. Disable Automatic Update
3. Enable Quick Launch tool bar
4. Set Folder views to "Details" for all folders
5. Retrieve the currently logged on users SID
6. Arrange control panel icons in Alphebetical order
7. Arrange all users program files icons in Alphebetical order
8. DisableDynamicUpdates

If you have any information on any of these subjects, Please Post
