You don't as there isn't Dos in XP but it's equivalent in cmd.com 32 bit
and command.com 16.bit.

Although there is no DOS in XP, there *is* a format command (but
no fdisk command), and you can find it on the XP CD, in
compressed form. It's \i386\format.co_

OK, but now that I have made a boot disk from xp, how to I get the old
utilities onto it?
Would an old win98 or winme install or upgrade disk have it?
