I recently acquired a dell computer, with windows xp. My
question is how can I change the password that I put in
to register for windows messager? When I enrolled I
inadvertantly type the wrong password in and it was
accepted, now when I start my email program it uses the
bad password insted of the proper dial up password. Help!

Greetings Michael,

You can change this by clicking Start, then Control Panel, then User Accounts, click the
current Windows XP account that you're logged in under, then click "Change my .NET Passport",
choose the "Use a Different Passport" button and go through the wizard to set your account
and password.
