Upgrade from W98

I have a PC running Windows 98, is it possible to upgrade
this OS directly to XP and secondly is it worth it?

Yes you can upgrade Windows 98 -- in most cases it works without much of a problem.

Is it worth it? Personally I think definitely yes but you may hear other opinions of course.
