Hi, Jar0d.
I have the same problem with my creative webcam, when
using MSN Messenger 6.1. I haven't done anything
but I now have videoconferencing available, through the
action menu.
I suggest you try the same.
However, the webcam tool isn't working.
Let me know when and if you get the solution :-)
