When I try to invite a guest for remote access via
Windows Messenger (WM) it prompts me to upgrade to the
latest version (which I assume is 5.0). I click Yes and
proceeds to download the latest version. I go through
the installation wizard and a window displays two
options: 1) to repair WM or 2) delete WM. I select 1 and
the installation completes. I try again to invite a
guest and I receive the same prompt to upgrade. I check
what version is currently installed and it's 4.7. I've
done this at least three times and I still have version
4.7. If I select not to upgrade, the program terminates.
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
Thanks!
