trying to install-SP2

I've tried a dozen time to download and install the sp2 update but everytime
it stops and gives a access denied . i've download the adware spyware blocker
that windows recommends. did all the updates . even order the disc. but it
still will not install i own a dell with all the reguirements..can some one
help me

I suggest you start out with the SubInAcl.exe tip there and see if
that solves your problem (I'm not sure if SubInAcl.exe will work on
WinXP Home though).
