messenger problems

i have downloaded messenger 6.1 and rightaway messed up
my E/Mails Outlook explorer can't get my
E/Mails.Messenger error window show -up: Messenger has
ecountered a problem. Tell Microsoft.when I clicked on two
buttons: send error or don't send an error nothing
happend. that nesty window come back...on and on....

please need help, microsoft ask for the money to fix
their problem. but they are seling bogus stuff...
