Recently, I lost the option in my display properties that lets me view
the Welcome Screen when I come from the screensaver, it has been
changed to "On resume, password protect". I want the welcome screen
back, I've become use to it, just rather have that than the windows
2000-like prompt that appears now.
I have seen fixes that adding new user accounts, or making the
administrator account viewable on the welcome screen. Yes, this does
make the option available, but I don't want those accounts on my
welcome screen, I just want my account and only my account.
So really what I'm asking is, how can I make this welcome screen come
back, and if I do have to add new accounts, how do I make these
accounts NOT be viewed on the welcome screen.
