wsp2 patch

Since the time I run WSP2 patch last month,
I cannot synchronize with Hotmail to view
my incoming mail pending delivery on my Hotmail inbox,
nor I can view the contacts of friends which are
online or offline.
Furthermore in the past I used to hit on ahyperlink of
a web page when offline and then I was able to log on
Internet . Now I have first to log in to Internet
and then hit on the hyperlink.
Any solutions, to return back to normal??
