There have been lots of posts recently of similiar
nature but problem seems to clear itself but it may be a
prob with some servers (see reply posted yesterday from J
Kay at 6:09)
Mine is fine today but didn't work at all yesterday.
Good Luck

I have had this problem for weeks now, literally!

Can't see the message you are referring too.
Could you offer any assistance Mr Jonathan Kay?

What have I recently tried to help myself?
I tried turning off my (Norton) Firewall and Security,
although I don't see why that should have made any difference because it was
all working fine with it on before.

As I said, I wonder if it has anything to do with what I have deleted?
If so, please point me in the right direction to what I now need to
replace/download again.

Regards
tp
