Restricting users hard drives

Hello does ne body know how i would restrict other users (non admins) from
running or seeing or saving to a paticular partition or folder?

If you're running XP Pro, just remove their rights to that folder or
partition.

Right click on the drive/folder, go to properties, and then the security
tab.
