Greetings Antonio,
Assuming you mean the actual Passport itself, you can close it here:
https://register.passport.net/ppdelete.srf
However, if it's a Hotmail/MSN.com Passport, you can't close these (although the e-mail
accounts will close after 30 days of non-usage, the Passport will remain).
