netmeeting

Please help,

I bought a new machine with XP on it. I used to be able
to use netmeeting and vidoe conference with family back
home. Now, I cannot accept the netmeeting invitations
from them and can not seem to get netmeeting to work
solo. I have tried to use the webcam feature and this
works fine, but no audio. I have downloaded Skype and
have not had any success using it in conjunction with the
webcam function. The people I am trying to converse with
are using Windows 98. Any suggestions?
