Windows explorer cannot load after installing SP2

After installing installing SP2, my windows explorer fails to load. There is
an error message indicating error (0xC0000005). The signature information is
as followed:
AppName: explorer.exe
Appver: 6.0.2900.2180
ModName: mgaatext.dll
ModVer: 0.0.0.0
Offset: 003d004

Can anyone help? Thank you!

Hi hanchien,

No reference found in Google for mgaatext.dll. Search for the file in =
your hard disk, and right-click the file, choose Properties. The Version =
tab should give more details about the Product name the file is =
associated with.
