We are going to deploy the 5.1 Messenger client via SMS to the enterprise.
The XP client lockdown does not allow users to install software but the
smsclisvc account does the installation anyway.
The problem is that when the installation fires (just running the msi) it
tries to go to the internet. The proxy prompt that results is because we do
not allow smsclisvc access through the proxy.
Anyone help?
