Hi, My XP Home (full English version) had MSN messenger
4.1 installed already. Last night, my wife installed a
Chinese version of 6.x (the latest one). It did not
install over my 4.1 that means both version co-exist.
This is not the problem. The real problem is when I boot
up my system today. Some programs stop responding, like
IE (I am now using windows explorer to server the net).
After I try to open IE severaly time without success, the
system lag a bit, so I check the Performance in Win Task
manager, the CPU usage keeps at ~50%. I try to uninstall
the messenger, but my Add/Remove window refuse to start
up. I click the Add/Remove program icon many time,
nothing happens!! I don't know if the Messenger is
causing all these or not.
Don't know how to fix.
