Download a new set of the driver software from the printer manufacturer's
website and install it. Should all be included in that package.

What make and model printer is this?

If you are connecting via USB, are you sure your USB ports are all working
correctly?

The files are not deleted when using cleanspl.exe, only the registry
settings. I am not sure how a recovery would work but a system restore to a
date before using the tool will gets the port and language monitor settings
back.

If you are familiar with adding registry entries, that can also be used to
get the monitors back.
