We have a domain with a print server with about 40 printers on it. Recently
when we go through the add a printer wizard we get the following error when
we click on the printer to add it "Windows cannot connect to the printer.
Either the printer name was typed incorrectly, or the specified printer has
lost its connection to the server. For more information click Help." But
when you click help it is the basic help menu. The printer name is not typed
incorrectly because we browsed to it. But when we go to the server
\\servername and double click on the printer it adds it with no problem. We
can ping it and print to it but can not add it through add a printer wizard.
Anyone have any ideas?
