Being a tweaker, I've disabled numerous services as being unnecessary.
Wrong! Since messenger won't bring up my Logitech video cam, which works
fine in all other apps, I'm guessing I incorrectly disabled the wrong
service(s). Any help about the necessary running services for Messenger to
run would be deeply appreciated.

1g ram
all updates and fixes...
