Regarding my last post on the trouble I have been having
with my Microphone, I was able to solve the problem last
night, no further help is required at this time, thanks.

Greetings Joe,

Out of curiosity, what was the solution that you found?

I actually tried two procedures, I still have to play
around with things a bit to see which one actually worked,
but here they are.

first off into control panel, regional and language
settings, i believe it is under advanced, and activated
the text to speech function(am, not sure if this is the
one that actually worked).

secondly I brought up the volume control panel, muted
the mic in the play back volume control panel, went to
file, options, selected the record vice the playback
button then muted the mic there, also I put the mic volume
slider switch to full volume.

after these I ran the audio/voice wizard, and everything
worked, I will post back once I find out which one (if not
both) actually made it work.
