i have not been able to send a file to several different
recipients using Messenger. i keep getting an error msg
relating to a firewall issue. These other recipients are
able to receive files from others. I've tried taking
down my xp firewall, going to Control Panel>Network
Connections, then right clicking on my network connection
and going into Properties, hitting the Advanced tab, and
unchecking the Internet Connection Firewall. This did
not work. Then someone told me to click the General tab,
then Properties, then Advanced, then WINS, then click the
Enable button next to Enable NetBios over TCP/IP, but
this didnt work either. Does anybody have any other
suggestions?
