Run MSCONFIG.EXE to disable the EXE file. Restart and see what happens
now. If you do not run into any problems you may be able to do without
this file.

I've been wondering the same thing. The same program has snuck onto
my machine somehow, and it keep trying to access the Internet. Of
course I disable it via the firewall. Surely someone knows what this
program is. Help? Anyone?
