I'm having the same problem (Messenger 6.0602 running in XP
Pro on a 700MHz Athlon), and have found that you and I are
not the only ones (see message of 11/17/03, above, from
"Sjeik Spier" >).
I've tried the usual uninstall/reinstall procedures without
success.

Hi Kate,
Have you updated your video drivers recently (from WindowsUpdate)? If so, what you're seeing
is a bug within those drivers, to correct this, you just need to "roll back" the drivers you
currently have installed. To do so, click Start, then Run, type "devmgmt.msc", click OK,
then right-click your video card, choose Properties, then Driver tab, and choose Roll Back
Driver to go back to the previous version.
