I've set all the forwarding as recommended by linksys for
my router (BEFW11S4 ver4), including one for a camera as
I'm using a webcam and I still can't do audio or video
with MSN Messenger 6.0.
Static IP set, DNS all in place and everyting else is 100%
The microsift knowledge base is little help and I've seen
others with the same problem but no one seems to have
cracked it...
suggestions and help wanted...
Cheers

Bill, I am using the same Linksys with the latest firmware and the latest
version of MSN Messenger and all I needed to do was enable UPnP on the
Password page. I am able to do both voice and video (both conferencing and
web cam). You might wipe out all of the forwarding you have set up and let
UPnP handle the forwarding. It works for me but your mileage may vary.
I hope that helps.
