Messenger 6.1

Hello
I thought it was me. It obviosly isn't as there are ninety
pages of queries about messenger 6.1. I have the same
problems as most postings to this group seem to have. A
trawl around my dispersed family for whom I am trying to
set up a messenging service appear to have similar
problems. I would like to know just how big the problem is
and tackle Microsoft about it.
I am happy to collect the data as to the problems people
are having with Messenger.
An e-mail to giving type of
problem and version of Windows would help and stats on
result published
