I'm running XP home. I previously installed SP2 but had to uninstall because
of some incompatible programs. I fixed the problems and and I'm ready to
reinstall. But I noticed several "hot fixes" or updates for SP2 still on my
add/remove programs menu. Do I need to do anything about these?

Hi,
Nope, you need do nothing. Go ahead with the install, the existing installed
hotfixes will not impede it.

Hello to you also,
Thanx for the quick response. You guys are the best!
I would have waited 4ever for a response from the help desk.
My son told me it was nothing to worry about but it's better to ask
questions sooner than later
I'll defrag tonite and install tomorrow.
Thank you,
CJK
