Windows Explorer

How can I change the default directory of the Windows Explorer? Right now
everytime I use it, it comes up with "My Documents" exploded. I want
windows explorer to come up with "My Computer" and my local hard drive (C:)
exploded and highlighted. How can I do this? Thanks...
