pfbackup on XP

I installed pfbackup in one of my user profiles on XP,
and it works fine. When I switch to a different user
profile, however, and launch Outlook in this profile,
Backup does not show up in the File menu. I then tried
to install pfsetup in this user profile, and it tells me
that I already have a version of pfsetup installed on
this machine, and need to uninstall it first. What
gives? Any help is appreciated.

You will probably get a better and quicker response if you post to
microsoft.public.outlook or ditto.outlook.general
