How to access and change services settings:
Click Start, and then click Run.
Type Services.msc and then click OK. The Services window appears.
Locate and select the service that you want to change.
Click Action, and then click Properties.
On the General tab, click the drop-down for the "Start up type" list box =
and change the start up as needed.=20
Click OK when finished making your changes.
