Utilities library error

Good day to you,

I have a problem. I think that i might have caused it myself too. Saturday -
22nd January, i uninstalled alot of programs and things on "Ass and remove
programs". Then this morning - Monday 24th of January, i had alot of problems
on my Pc. I have these errors when i want to print. It says:

"Can't find procedure SmartUi - Utilities library (code 127). The specified
procedure could not be found."

Since i have received that error, i cannot print. Can you please help me to
explain what i did wrong in the first place and what i can do to restore it
back to normal?

Good day,

I have done as you have told me. Uninstalled it, then reinstalled it, but i
received the same error.

"SMARTUI 32-bits Gateway error
Can't load SMARTUI-Utilities library (code 127) The specified could not be
found"

Then if i close that, it says: "Printers, Operation could not be completed"

What can i do?
