Hello,

I need help with the accout management, I have two
accounts and the second account cant access programs from
the computer or install software I get an error to check
to see if I have hard drive space avalible and I have 72GB
of space so it doesn't make any sense. Then I installed
the program in the primary account then turned the second
into an admin and it told me that it couln't run the
program I dont know what to do next.

First, usually an account needs to be an administrator account in order to
be able to install applications.

As to running applications, most applications were not designed for a
multi-user environment. Hence, you would need to install most applications
separately in each account in which you wish to run them. If they are
limited accounts, you would first need to change the account to
administrator, then install and then return the account to its limited
status.
