Perform a backup of your Lotus Notes data, then reinstall Lotus Notes
using its installation CD. Programs can only be reinstalled, not moved.

Actually, there are third-party applications that move programs: Norton
CleanSweep, VCOM System Suite (formerly of Ontrack) are examples.
