Windows XP Hotfixes

Can the the Hotfixes be removed from the computer after
they've been installed?

Well, I should have read a little bit before making my
post. IF she's like me, she probably wants to remove them
to save the space on her harddrive. But the more I think
about it, the more I'm sure I'm not going to be able to
get the space back if I want to keep the fix itself on the
system.

Yes, they can be uninstalled from Add/Remove Programs.
If you uninstall them, you remove the fix or security they provide.

Why do you wish to uninstall them?

Jason;
If space is the issue, a better solution is to uninstall unnecessary
applications or delete data.
The amount of space saved is minimal.
Consider another hard drive as a solution that allows you to keep the
necessary fixes.
