I have Norton AntiVirus but it is not recognized in Virus Protections; It
says that the virus protections are 'off'. How do I fix that?

Does it really say it is off or does it say that it cannot determine the
status? Some versions of Norton have not been patched so that they are
recognized by the security center. If that is the case, you need to tell the
security center that you have a program that you will monitor.

Which version of NAV are you using?
Not all firewall and antivirus programs are designed to report this
information.

Hi,
You need to check with Symantec support, as several versions of thier
product require an update in order to be recognized.

Norton Anti-Virus versions 2004 and 2005 should intergrate correctly. Older
versions may not.
