I keep getting a message that the file
"\Prefetch\RNDAL.EXE-07F21559.pf"
is corrupt or unreadable, and to run CHKDSK.

I have done this several times, yet this message
continues to pop up every 2-3 minutes. Three questions:

1. How do I stop this diagnostic message from appearing?
2. What effect would deleting this file have on my system?
3. I have another computer with Win XP (different serial
number). Would it work to copy the file from that
computer to a disk and then copy it to this one?

Thanks in advance. Mike
