Does your CD burning software have the option to make a data disk ? I use
RecordNow made by Veritas and it has three options, one of which is making a
data disk. Upon selecting that, the next step is selecting files to copy,
which opens the My Documents folder. Go from there. After making the first
CD, check it. If it has what you want, you can make direct copies of it, if
that option is available. This will save the time of going back in and
re-selecting the files to copy.

Money 2002 already has the capability to backup to multiple floppies when
necessary. Are you doing the backup from within Money? (If not, open Money,
go to Tools \ Options \ Backup and make sure the option is checked.)
If so, are you getting an error?

Also, by the way - you may want to post this to the microsoft.public.money
newsgroup - there are lots of Money experts there.
